• Our Area Managers earn $175,000 - $400,000 per year, depending on the number of restaurants overseen.
• Progression to Area Manager requires completing a 16‑week training program, gaining experience as an Assistant General Manager, and mastering the General Manager role.

• 16‑week Coach training program (Pluckers University) covers culture, expectations, and the Pluckers Way.
• Ongoing Leadership Development Programs support professional and personal growth for all Coaches.
