We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee our Emergency Department operations. In this leadership role, you’ll guide a dedicated team, ensure exceptional patient care, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Manage daily ED operations and nursing staff
• Drive quality initiatives and patient safety standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Support staff development and engagement

• Current Texas RN license
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN required)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Emergency Nursing
• Prior leadership experience preferred
