Position Summary

Registered Nurse – Medical Telemetry at Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital, Temple, Texas. Full‑time, 36 hours per week with day and night shifts.

Patient Population
  • Sepsis
  • Pulmonary conditions or respiratory distress
  • Chest pain
  • Infection
  • Patients requiring isolation (negative airflow rooms)

  • Patients requiring scopes, thoracentesis, lumbar puncture, central line placement, paracentesis, angio‑cath, pacemaker insertions, and chest tubes

Requirements of the Ideal Candidate
  • Graduate of an RN School of Nursing (ADN required)
  • Licensed to practice professional nursing by the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited program
  • Specialized field of study in nursing
  • RN license
  • BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of start
