Baylor Scott & White Health's McLane Children’s Hospital in Temple, TX is seeking a Neonatal Nurse (RN) for the Level IV NICU. You’ll provide bedside care on a 36-hour week, night shift schedule (7p–7a), joining a 51-bed unit that cares for about 800 newborns annually.
Working with neonatologists and pediatric specialists, you’ll develop and execute care plans, monitor fragile newborns, and collaborate with obstetrics, respiratory therapy and surgery teams to ensure safe, high‑quality outcomes.
