Team Lead needed for immediate full‑time leadership position in your area. As a Team Lead you are responsible for growing and managing a team of Energy Pros representing Reliant Energy.

• Oversee management of multiple locations in retail big box stores.
• Motivate a team of Sales Associates to engage consumers about Reliant solutions.
• Assess client needs and find opportunities to improve energy efficiency.
• Teach Energy Pros to uncover consumer desires, deliver tailored solutions, and overcome objections.
• Collaborate with your team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate success.
• Deliver superior sales results with an exceptional customer experience.
• Court customers, offer assistance, assess needs, and suggest products.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Train team members and assist them with closing sales.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and, as appropriate, escalated them.
• Accurately track inventory receipt, count, and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Accurately submit work schedules to Manager for approval.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Meet established monthly/weekly personal and team sales quotas/goals.
• Maintain customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated long‑term excellent sales performance.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to work autonomously with excellent time‑management skills.

• Hourly plus bonus averaging $1,000‑$1,350 per week.
• Paid training course;
  Base + uncapped commission.
