We're looking for energetic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent a nationally recognized premium tobacco brand at retail locations throughout your  this highly interactive role, you'll engage adult consumers through one-on-one conversations, introduce brand offerings, gather consumer feedback, and distribute promotional offers. Every shift is an opportunity to create memorable brand experiences while building your communication and customer engagement skills.

* Job Description:

**** Key Responsibilities
*** Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory
* Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products
* Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines
* Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights
* Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives
* Educate consumers on available promotions
* Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement
* Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management
* Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems
* Maintain all program materials, displays, and activation assets in a professional manner
* Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events
** Required Qualifications
*** High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferred
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities
* Comfortable approaching and engaging consumers in a retail environment
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to utilize mobile applications and reporting tools
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
* Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active throughout scheduled events

** Work Environment
