Brand Ambassador

Overview

2020 Companies is hiring Seasonal Brand Ambassadors! Do you light up a room, love meeting new people, and thrive in social environments? We’re looking for energetic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent a nationally recognized premium tobacco brand at retail locations throughout your territory. In this highly interactive role, you’ll engage adult consumers through one‑on‑one conversations, introduce brand offerings, gather consumer feedback, and distribute promotional offers.

Job Type: Temporary (Fixed Term) (Seasonal)

Work Location:

Market – JTRET – TX – Harker Heights

Dates: 7/1/2026 – 12/31/2026
Pay: $25 per hour

Schedule:

Wednesday – Sunday
Travel:
Daily travel within the territory

• Must be at least 21 years of age, have reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self–motivated, able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to utilize mobile applications and reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active throughout scheduled events.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions and encourage purchase consideration through consultative engagement.
• Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management.
• Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems.
• Maintain all program materials, displays, and activation assets in a professional manner.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events.
