General Merchandise Team Associate

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additionally, the role may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
