Meat Cutter

Golden Corral -  - Responsibilities:
Cut meat according to product specifications and time standards to ensure quality and shelf life;
Follow buffet production system to insure quality and shelf life compliance; rotate cut and boxed meat for freshness;
Stock and arrange Meat Cooler in accordance with approved food safety guidelines;
Sanitize surfaces between production of different meats to prevent cross-contamination; follow local health department laws;
Maintain inventory using administration forms; notify Manager of discrepancies; perform opening and closing administrative procedures; maintain equipment per maintenance manual; perform duty roster tasks
