Job DescriptionAncira Patriot Buick GMC is seeking a confident, motivated, and customer‑focused Sales BDC Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for many prospective buyers and play a key role in building trust through timely, professional communication.
The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy, comfortable appearing on camera, and excited to represent the Buick and GMC brands using modern digital tools including personalized video messaging.
Pay Range: $72,000-$103,000 annually
Schedule:
5‑day work week, Saturday availability. 40 plus hours a week.

- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound internet leads, phone calls, texts, and email inquiries.
- Record and send personalized video messages to introduce yourself, answer questions, and showcase Buick and GMC inventory.
- Set and confirm customer appointments with the Sales Team.
- Follow up with unsold showroom traffic, internet leads, and phone prospects.
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the customer buying journey.
- Accurately log all customer interactions, notes, and appointment statuses in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Product Specialists to ensure a seamless experience.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly lead response, appointment, and follow‑up goals.
- Prior experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service role (automotive experience preferred).
- Comfortable appearing on camera and using video communication tools (e.g., Snapcell, Covideo, or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and presentation.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
- Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training preferred.
