Join our team as a Home Internet Sales Representative and help customers stay connected with reliable, high-speed internet solutions. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy helping customers find the right products for their home needs.
You will specialize in selling home internet services, guiding customers through available options, and recommending packages that suit their lifestyle and usage. Your focus will be on delivering value while driving sales performance.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES- Engage customers to assess home internet needs and usage
- Recommend suitable internet plans, speeds, and bundled services
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and pricing
- Identify upsell opportunities such as add‑ons and bundled packages
- Close sales confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Achieve sales and performance targets consistently
- Document customer interactions and service selections accurately
- Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers
- Stay informed on product updates and promotions

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks;
reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
