As an Enrollment Team Member, you bridge the gap between world‑class technology and the Waco community. The Enrollment Team Member will receive training to articulate the power of symmetrical 5‑Gig speeds. This is a role where your sales results speak for themselves; by maintaining professionalism and a direct approach, you will secure high‑volume sales for the nation's top‑rated fiber provider.
Core Functions of the Enrollment Team Member- Serve as a brand representative for AT&T Fiber, fostering trust within residential communities through clear, transparent, and professional communication.
- Conduct Connectivity Assessments to evaluate bandwidth needs and showcase the speed, reliability, and scalability of AT&T’s 100% fiber‑optic network compared to cable.
- Guide customers through the service enrollment lifecycle, ensuring agreements, activations, and installation scheduling are completed with precision and accuracy.
- Utilize AT&T sales platforms and data systems to confirm service availability, process orders, and maintain organized customer records for compliance and follow‑up.
- Collaborate with leadership to remain updated on fiber expansions, service promotions, and compliance standards, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely information.
- Experience in customer service, retail, or sales, with proven ability to solve problems and communicate clearly in client‑focused roles.
- Ability to simplify fiber‑optic and telecommunications concepts, making benefits easy to understand for non‑technical residents.
- Strong organizational discipline with attention to detail in account management, data entry, and territory scheduling, consistently meeting performance benchmarks.
- Balances sales objectives with a strong customer‑first mindset.
- Learn technical products quickly to support informed, credible sales discussions.
- Maintains professionalism while navigating objections and sales‑related questions.
