• Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase.
• Create an outstanding vehicle‑buying experience to build lifelong customer relationships.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle.
• Become proficient in specific products and be able to explain their benefits.
• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies to customers.
• Ensure timely follow‑up and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Track customers using the store‑specific management system.
• Stay informed about new products, features, and accessories.
• Attend product and training courses as required.

• Experience in automotive sales is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
