Outbound Sales Representative

Position Overview

Full‑Time Outbound Sales Representative – Killeen, TX. Proactively reach out to prospective customers, build relationships, and promote products and services. Requires energetic, persuasive, and goal‑oriented mindset.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Present products and services confidently and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Follow all sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High‑school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a full‑time schedule.
• Previous outbound sales experience (nice to have).
• Call center sales experience (nice to have).
• Experience meeting sales quotas (nice to have).
• CRM software experience (nice to have).
• Upselling or cross‑selling experience (nice to have).
• Bilingual or multilingual skills (nice to have).

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Offers contingent on background/security investigation results.
• Must be willing to submit to drug screening. Offers contingent on drug screening results.

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally need to move around the office, reach in any direction, and move objects up to 40 pounds.
