Sales Growth Specialist

MCI Careers is seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to drive revenue for leading telecommunications brands within our Sales & Business Development team. In this fast-paced, performance-driven role, you will generate and qualify leads, manage sales pipelines, conduct consultative product demos, and close opportunities across omnichannel CX solutions. You'll use CRM tools to track KPIs, analyze trends, and optimize campaigns, while collaborating closely with operations, marketing, and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and nurture telecom sales leads via phone, email, and digital channels
• Manage and grow a sales pipeline from prospecting through close
• Deliver consultative sales presentations and product demos tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and client teams to design growth campaigns
• Track activities, opportunities, and KPIs in CRM with high data accuracy
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize outreach, messaging, and conversion rates
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue, conversion, and activity targets
• Provide feedback from prospects and clients to improve offers and CX programs
• Stay current on telecommunications products, pricing, and competitive landscape
• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing within a high-performance sales team
