Outbound Call Center Sales Representative

MCI Careers seeks an Outbound Call Center Sales Representative to join our performance-driven Sales & Business Development team. In this fast-paced customer service and sales role, you will make high-volume outbound calls to engage prospects, present solutions, overcome objections, and close sales for leading global brands. You'll follow scripts, document interactions in CRM systems, and hit clear KPIs for calls, conversions, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects and existing customers
• Follow sales scripts and brand guidelines to present products and services
• Identify customer needs and match appropriate solutions
• Handle objections and close sales to meet or exceed targets
• Accurately document all interactions in CRM and call center systems
• Meet or exceed KPIs for call volume, conversion, quality, and compliance
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to improve performance
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and quality monitoring
• Adhere to all call center, client, and regulatory compliance standards
• Provide professional, customer-focused communication on every call
