Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Meet or exceed sales, conversion, and quality KPIs
• Use CRM and contact center tools to document interactions and manage leads
• Follow scripts, compliance guidelines, and call flows
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to improve performance
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and quality monitoring
• Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed
