Telesales Agent

MCI Careers is hiring Telesales Agents to support leading brands in a fast-paced, performance-driven CX and BPO environment. In this role, you will manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, present solutions, and close sales while delivering excellent customer experiences. You'll work with advanced contact center and CRM tools, follow clear KPIs and scripts, and document interactions accurately. Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls for multiple client brands
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and match appropriate solutions
• Follow scripts, compliance standards, and quality guidelines on every call
• Meet or exceed sales quotas, conversion targets, and other KPIs
• Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in CRM systems
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to improve performance
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and quality monitoring sessions
• Provide professional, customer-focused service while promoting products and services
• Use contact center and dialer technology efficiently during each shift
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention
