Call Center Sales Representative

MCI Careers is hiring Call Center Sales Representatives to join our performance-driven Sales & Business Development team. In this fast-paced role, you will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, present CX and BPO solutions, and convert prospects while delivering outstanding customer service. You'll qualify leads, overcome objections, upsell, and follow defined scripts and compliance guidelines. Using CRM tools, you'll document interactions, track progress to sales and quality targets, and continuously improve through coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound sales and service calls
• Present and explain CX/BPO solutions to prospective and existing customers
• Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate offerings
• Meet or exceed sales, conversion, and quality assurance targets
• Follow call flows, scripts, and compliance and privacy requirements
• Use CRM tools to log interactions, update customer records, and track pipeline
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services when appropriate
• Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance reviews
• Contribute to a team-focused, fast-paced, results-driven culture
