EntryLevel Sales Associate

AGC Auto Glass & Car Care is looking for a motivated Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our team. This is a customer-facing opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and are interested in developing skills in sales, customer service, communication, and automotive services. No previous sales or automotive experience is required. Training is provided to help you learn our services, understand customer needs, and become confident in the role.

As a Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers, explain available auto glass services, assist with scheduling, and provide a professional customer experience. You'll receive guidance and support as you learn the position and take on additional responsibilities.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Build positive relationships through face-to-face customer interactions
• Identify common windshield concerns such as rock chips, cracks, and other damage
• Explain available auto glass repair and replacement services
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about available services
• Assist customers with the insurance claims process
• Schedule auto glass repair and replacement appointments
• Maintain a professional and organized customer experience
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in training and coaching to develop sales and customer service skills

Additional Requirement Candidates must be able to successfully pass the background check required for access to the military installation.

Compensation: $46,000 - $64,000 yearly
