AGC Auto Glass & Car Care is looking for a motivated Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our team. This is a customer-facing opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and are interested in developing skills in sales, customer service, communication, and automotive services
.
No previous sales or automotive experience is required. Training is provided to help you learn our services, understand customer needs, and become confident in the role.
As a Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers, explain available auto glass services, assist with scheduling, and provide a professional customer experience. You'll receive guidance and support as you learn the position and take on additional responsibilities.
Compensation: $46,000 - $64,000 yearly

- Candidates must be able to successfully pass the background check required for access to the military installation.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Build positive relationships through face-to-face customer interactions
- Identify common windshield concerns such as rock chips, cracks, and other damage
- Explain available auto glass repair and replacement services
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about available services
- Assist customers with the insurance claims process
- Schedule auto glass repair and replacement appointments
- Maintain a professional and organized customer experience
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Participate in training and coaching to develop sales and customer service skills
