Centralized Vehicle Appraiser The Centralized Vehicle Appraiser is responsible for reviewing electronic trade/sell submissions from customers and providing a swift and accurate purchase offer. Appraisers negotiate pricing, understand vehicle condition, the subsequent costs involved in reconditioning, and make financially sound purchasing decisions for the company.

Remote Pay Range:
The annual salary range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000. The anticipated hiring range is $60,000, with final compensation determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and overall alignment with the role.

Responsibilities Responsible for acquiring used-car inventory through, direct contacts, generated leads, and internet inquiries from customers

Appraise vehicles, understand vehicle condition, negotiate price, make financially sound purchasing decisions, and ensures timely processing of all leads

Responsible for understanding retail trends and participating in the inventory planning process

Requires working in a fast-paced team environment, being effective as a self-starter and working individually as needs dictate

Understand market tendencies and the changes to the trends in all geographic areas

Effectively utilize lead management tools

Skills and Qualifications Strong attention to detail

Sense of urgency

Excellent communication

Time Management Experience in procuring quality vehicles that meet company’s standards3 years experience in virtual vehicle appraising

Efficient in Microsoft Office Bachelors degree preferred
