Part-Time Security Officer — Level III, Spanish

Centex Security Services LLCis looking for a professional candidate to join our team. The Security Officer is responsible for protecting the client, customers, and assigned property from criminal activity, disturbances, and trespassing.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent observational abilities, and previous security or surveillance experience. This person should be able to remain calm in high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism, patience, and attention to detail.

• Responsible for providing security services for clients and customers
• Monitor property and report suspicious activity
• Conduct foot patrols of assigned areas
• Control situations involving disturbances, fights, or accidents
• Listen to and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Follow and enforce safety procedures and client policies
• Prepare detailed incident and activity reports
• Maintain a professional appearance and strong security presence

• Active Texas PSB Level III Commissioned Security License Required
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds if necessary
• Ability to detain individuals when required by law and company policy
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Spanish Required
