ABOUT USWe specialize in custom blinds, shutters, plantation shutters, awnings, patio shades, and screen enclosures throughout Central Texas. Our experienced installation team takes pride in precision workmanship and exceptional customer service.
POSITION SUMMARYInstall interior and exterior window treatments in residential and commercial settings. You ll work as part of a 5-person installation team, learning multiple product lines while delivering quality installations that exceed customer expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Install blinds, shutters, and custom window treatments in homes and businesses.
- Install exterior products including awnings, patio shades, and screen enclosures.
- Use power tools, measuring equipment, and installation hardware safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with customers during installations and address any concerns professionally.
- Maintain organized work vehicle and inventory of installation supplies.
- Complete installation paperwork and customer sign-offs.
- Follow safety protocols and company quality standards.
- 2+ years hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, or home improvement.
- Experience with power tools (drill, saw, level, measuring tools).
- Comfortable working on ladders and at various heights.
- Attention to detail for precise measurements and quality installations.
- Professional demeanor when working in customers homes.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Window treatment installation experience.
- General contractor or handyman background.
- Experience with customer-facing installation work.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful but not required.
