Technician III – Shop

Hiring Immediately. Pay depends on experience; paid weekly.

Typical schedule:

Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime eligible).

Pay range:
Dependent on experience and discretionary quarterly branch performance bonus.

Location:

This role will be based in our shop in Killeen, TX with occasional maintenance or repair work in the field.

• Minimum 3+ years experience as a diesel mechanic, with a construction equipment rental background preferred
• Intermediate troubleshooting and diagnosing skills with electrical and hydraulic systems, diesel engines including Tier 4 and aftertreatment systems
• Experience performing major and minor repairs on diesel and gas engines, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and drive trains
• Must have necessary tools valued at $5,000+
• Inspect, service and test equipment, ensuring performance to manufacturer specifications
• Perform routine service on equipment, including checking fluid levels, changing fluid and lubricating
• Perform novice‑level welding repairs (MIG & SMAW)
• Prepare and maintain accurate records on the maintenance and repair of equipment, including warranty records
