Brightspeed is seeking a Customer Service Technician in Texas to join our field team and install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed internet, video, and voice networks, handling wiring and outside plant facilities to ensure reliable service for customers in designated areas.
The role may include varying shifts, mandatory overtime, weekends and holidays, with emphasis on safety, customer service, and teamwork. A valid driver s license and basic computer skills are required.
