What you'll do:
- Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC systems, building equipment, ductwork, and control components in compliance with codes and standards.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control‑related issues affecting HVAC and facility systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure optimal system operation and reduce downtime.
- Operate tools, equipment, and vehicles safely while adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, parts usage, and work orders.
- Communicate effectively with facility operators and partners regarding service needs and status.
- Manage work assignments using digital tools and participate in on‑call rotations as required.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics, layout plans, and documentation accurately.
- Skilled in configuring and calibrating building automation and direct digital control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and adherence to safety protocols in all tasks.
- Competence in preventive maintenance to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and facility operators.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for work order management and reporting.
