Job SummaryJoin our aviation team as an ALSE Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring aircrew safety and mission readiness in support of our Foreign Military Sales contract. In this position, you’ll manage, inspect, and maintain Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE), ensuring all gear is serviceable, properly issued, and tracked. You’ll perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, support flight operations, and coordinate higher-level repairs as needed.

- Must ensure that ALSE is available in sufficient quantities and in serviceable condition.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on assigned Aviation Life Support Equipment.
- Coordinate higher‑level maintenance for items beyond the capabilities of the ALSE shop.
- Issue and receive ALSE and flight gear to aircrew before and after flights.
- Conduct pre‑flight and post‑flight inspections on ALSE IAW provided manuals.
- Update information in the appropriate STAMIS system (e.g., ULLS‑A(E), SAP).
- Conduct unit level inspections and repairs IAW provided manuals.
- Track and register inspections in approved STAMIS system.
- Coordinate for repairs/inspections above unit level.
- Provide a weekly ALSE status report to the Site Lead or designated representative.
- Coordinate with the Squadron S‑3 for special issue/mission requirements.
- High School Diploma.
- 5 years’ experience as an Aviation Life Support Equipment Technician.
- Graduate of a military service Aviation Life Support Equipment School.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiar with ACN: 10 years.
- Familiarity with coordinating higher‑level maintenance and logistics support.
- Knowledge of Army aviation regulations and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in generating status reports and communicating with leadership.
