Express Employment Professionals is seeking hard working non-CDL drivers in the Killeen area!

Key Responsibilities for Non-CDL Driver:

• Safe Transportation: Drive moving trucks to designated locations in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Loading and Unloading: Assist with the loading and unloading of household items, furniture, and boxes onto and off the moving truck, ensuring items are securely packed and properly handled to prevent damage.
• Inventory Management: Keep accurate inventory records of items being transported, ensuring that all items are accounted for and properly documented throughout the moving process.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients throughout the moving process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of moving trucks to ensure they are in proper working condition, reporting any issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate moving logistics, communicate effectively, and ensure a smooth and efficient moving operation.
• Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks of injury or damage during the moving process, including proper lifting techniques and the use of protective equipment.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Non-CDL).
• Ability to safely operate a moving truck in various weather and road conditions.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Prior experience in the moving industry is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required by company policy.
• Ability to obtain Ft Cavazos Base Pass

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 7am - 5pm

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime during peak moving seasons.
• Flexible scheduling may be required to accommodate client needs and varying workloads.
