Applicants must be able to work the full season and complete all DDS training. Incumbents must be flexible to meet agency needs, and statewide travel may be required.

Any experience and training that reasonably provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for the assignments.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in the security field
- Experience or volunteering with people with disabilities
- Experience or volunteering in a camp, park, or other recreational setting
- Recreational activities may require emergency first aid; some positions need a current Standard First Aid Certificate.
- Bus driver or motor‑vehicle operator roles must possess a current Connecticut Motor Vehicle Operator License.
- Some positions may involve travel.
