Math Intervention Teacher – K-4 (KMS/KCS)
Full‑time math intervention teacher to coordinate small group or individual support for students requiring intensive math instruction and conduct push‑in math support to classrooms across grades K-4. Plan activities and engage math intervention students with structured, differentiated learning activities to close achievement gaps, maintain data‑driven interventions and provide diagnostic assessments as needed. Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and the administrative team to discuss math lessons, student placement, and progress.

- CT Certification 013 or 113 required
