Killingly Public Schools is seeking a Reading Tutor for the Killingly Central School to provide focused literacy instruction for students in Kindergarten and Grade 1. The tutor will work both individually and in small groups, fostering essential reading skills such as phonemic awareness and comprehension. This position is grant-funded with an hourly wage of $29.00 for those with CT certification or $27.50 for those with a BA degree and experience.
Start date is October 13, 2026. The position offers no benefits and emphasizes collaboration with classroom teachers to support student development.
