School Speech Language Pathologist - Danielson, CT

• Valid Connecticut SLP license
• Masters degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for diverse student populations

• Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy to students across the K‑12 spectrum
• Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote students social and academic growth
• Maintain accurate records, document progress, and adjust interventions based on student needs
• Offer support and resources to classroom educators to facilitate effective inclusion
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in speech‑language pathology
