Schedule & Pay Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours)

Hours:

Availability required all weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.

Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs

Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn Compensation: $20.50-$25.50/hrWe'll help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - earn an additional $0.50 an hour upon completion.

What You’ll Need High School Diploma or GED completed6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance

Willingness to pass background and health checks

Successful completion of mandatory training which includes:
New Hire Orientation, 40 hours of RBT training, Skills Practice, CPR, CPI, and overlaps. You will also need to pass an exam to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

Ability to read, write, and speak English ProficientlyA big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos
