This full-time role (40 hours/week) provides direct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and addiction treatment within a SAMHSA-funded initiative aimed at expanding MOUD and behavioral health access in rural northeastern Connecticut. You will work Monday–Friday with supervision by the agency MD, coordinate with community partners, and contribute to education and crisis
