Human Resources Coordinator

Salary: $50,000 – $63,000

Location: Columbia, CT Area

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions related to policies and procedures
  • Administer benefits programs, including 401(k) and profit-sharing
  • Support performance management and employee relations initiatives
  • Assist with HR compliance, reporting, and internal program development
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of HR experience in a coordinator or generalist role
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, growing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
