What You’ll Bring
  • Strong payroll expertise and the ability to serve as the organization’s payroll subject matter expert
  • Experience with Paylocity or a comparable HRIS platform
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, compliance, taxes, and reporting
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with leadership and employees
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and administer payroll accurately and on time
  • Manage payroll compliance, deductions, taxes, and reporting requirements
  • Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS data and processes
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
  • Partner with HR and leadership to support organizational initiatives
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information
