Heat Treater - 2nd Shift

We are currently looking for a Heat Treat professional to join our 2nd shift operation.

As a Heat Treater, you are responsible for heat treating products as assigned, ensuring all products are heat treated to meet quality standards, with a focus on exceeding productivity standards. Heat Treaters at SPIROL are also responsible for assigned periodic maintenance tasks, and operate all equipment in compliance with OSHA requirements.

As a Heat Treater, you will:

• Heat treat products as assigned to meet quality standards and productivity targets.
• Perform assigned periodic maintenance tasks on heat treating equipment.
• Operate equipment in compliance with OSHA requirements.

• High School diploma (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated manufacturing experience.
• Heat treat experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
