Machine Operator

Worcester Manufacturing -  - Responsibilities:
Operating and inspecting extruder and laminating machines, including setting up and adjusting machine parameters to ensure optimal performance.;
Monitoring machine operations, including material flow, temperature, and speed, to ensure quality and efficiency of the extrusion and lamination processes.;
Performing quality checks on materials at various stages of production, identifying defects or deviations from specifications, and documenting findings.;
Using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to verify that materials meet dimensional and tolerance requirements.;
Documenting inspection results, production data, and any deviations from quality standards.
