Product Inspection:
Conduct thorough visual and physical inspections of plastic parts to identify defects, warping, or surface imperfections;
Testing & Measurement:
Use precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, and gauges) to verify that products meet exact blueprints and tolerances;
Reporting:
Maintain detailed digital and written logs of inspection results, documenting pass/fail rates and specific non-conformities;
Root Cause Analysis:
Collaborate with the production team to identify why a part failed and help implement solutions to prevent future defects;
Compliance:
Ensure all production activities adhere to ISO standards and internal safety protocols
