Operate and inspect extruder and laminating machines, including setting up and adjusting machine parameters to ensure optimal performance;
Monitor machine operations, including material flow, temperature, and speed, to ensure quality and efficiency of the extrusion and lamination processes;
Perform quality checks on materials at various stages of production, identifying defects or deviations from specifications, and documenting findings;
Using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to verify that materials meet dimensional and tolerance requirements;
Conduct visual inspections of materials for surface defects, inconsistencies, and other quality issues
