Set up, adjust, and operate extrusion machines according to production specifications and blueprints;
Monitor machine parameters (temperature, speed, pressure) and make real-time adjustments to maintain product quality;
Load raw materials into the machinery and ensure proper blending or feeding;
Perform routine quality checks and inspections on finished products to meet standards;
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic preventative maintenance and reporting
