Clean and sanitize equipment and lines to manufacture products;
Read and utilize checklists to ensure compliance with validated sanitation operating procedures then fill out end-of-shift paperwork;
Perform the full 7-step sanitation process on processing equipment using high-pressure water, chemicals, and manual cleaning methods;
Disassemble and reassemble equipment to thoroughly clean hard-to-reach areas;
Safely handle and apply acids, caustics, and sanitizing agents while wearing required PPE
