We are hiring Regional CDL-A Truck Drivers near Killingly, CT for a dedicated refrigerated operation. This position offers strong mileage pay, consistent weekly miles, no-touch freight, and weekly home time.

• $78,500 average annualized earnings
• $10,000 bonus for eligible drivers
• $0.66–$0.70 CPM
• Approximately 2,000 miles per week
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Weekly home time with a 34-hour reset
• 100% no-touch freight
• Mostly set routes
• Automatic sleeper trucks
• Only 3 months of qualifying experience required

• $0.66–$0.70 CPM
• Approximately 2,000 miles weekly
• $15/hour detention pay after 2 hours
• Approximately $150/week in detention earnings based on account averages
• $15/hour miscellaneous work pay
• $140 holiday pay

• Usually 1 stop per load
• Approximately 3–4 loads per week
• Live loading/unloading may average 2–3 hours

Primary routes may include:

• Connecticut
• Massachusetts
• New York
• New Jersey
• Pennsylvania
• New Hampshire

Drivers must be willing to operate outside the primary route structure when operational needs require it.

• Automatic sleeper trucks
• 48 and 53 box trailers
• Truck remains at the account during scheduled time off
• Occasional riders permitted with proper approval and paperwork

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months qualifying tractor-trailer experience
• Monday–Friday availability
• Must be comfortable with regional driving
• Must be flexible when alternate lanes are required
• Must be comfortable leaving the truck at the account during home time
