- Basic Salary of £35,500 - £40,000+ DOE
- Monday to Friday working
- 40-hour working week
The RoleAs a Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.
Key responsibilities include:- Repair damaged vehicle panels using approved repair methods.
- Remove and replace damaged body panels where necessary.
- Carry out panel alignment, welding, and metal finishing work.
- Restore vehicles to manufacturer and industry quality standards.
- Work closely with Paint Technicians and MET Technicians to ensure an efficient repair process.
- Complete repairs within agreed timescales while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workshop environment.
This role would suit an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Body Repair Technician who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs.
You should have:- Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, or Body Repair Technician.
- Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
- Strong knowledge of modern body repair techniques and equipment.
- The ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
- A full UK driving licence.
