Childcare Centre Manager

About the Role  Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Childcare Centre Manager to lead their facility in Kimberley. This leadership role is responsible for the overall operation, management, and quality assurance of the childcare centre, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children. You will oversee staff, manage budgets, liaise with parents, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

This is a key position for an individual passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to excellence in childcare in the Northern Cape region.

Key Responsibilities   Manage all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management.
Ensure the centre meets and exceeds all regulatory and safety standards for childcare.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of childcare professionals, fostering a positive work culture.
Develop and implement engaging educational programs and activities for children of various ages.
Maintain strong relationships with parents and the wider community, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
Oversee budget management, financial reporting, and administrative duties.
Requirements   A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in childcare, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of childcare regulations, best practices, and child development principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in administrative tasks and basic financial management.
