About the Role

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and service-oriented Concierge Manager to lead their concierge team at a premier hotel in Kimberley . This role is dedicated to providing guests with personalized assistance and information, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable. You will be responsible for managing the concierge desk, coordinating guest requests, offering recommendations for local attractions and activities, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of the local area, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.

• Manage the daily operations of the concierge desk, ensuring prompt and efficient service to guests.
• Provide guests with expert recommendations for dining, entertainment, local attractions, and transportation.
• Coordinate guest requests, including making reservations, arranging tours, and booking tickets.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and services.
• Supervise and train concierge staff, ensuring they uphold the highest standards of service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to their requests with professionalism and discretion.

• Proven experience as a Concierge or in a guest services role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Kimberley and surrounding attractions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple guest requests simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using hotel reservation systems and common concierge tools.
