This critical role involves sourcing and placing skilled professionals within the demanding mining and resources sector. You will work closely with mining companies to identify talent for roles ranging from geologists and engineers to operational staff and management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the mining industry's unique requirements and a proven ability to attract and secure specialized talent, operating from our client's Kimberley office.
