Lead the East Kootenay region as the Division Manager for Geoterra Integrated Resource Systems, specializing in forestry and natural resource consulting. This position demands expertise in business development, stakeholder engagement, and safety adherence.

The Division Manager will report to the Operations Manager and oversee a diverse range of clients, including Indigenous groups and industrial partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct business development strategies and expand regional opportunities

• Build strong relationships with clients and Indigenous communities

• Comply with health and safety regulations across projects

• Mentor junior staff while leading a multidisciplinary team

• Oversee budget forecasts and financial analyses for the division

Requirements:

• 5-10 years in forestry operations with managerial experience

• Bachelor's degree in forestry or environmental science

• Registration as RFT or RPF preferred

• Proficient in GIS and forest inventory systems

• Valid BC driver's license required
