About the Role

Our client, a dedicated non-profit organization in Kimberley , is seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support their community development initiatives across the Northern Cape . This role is integral to the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of projects aimed at improving local livelihoods and well-being. You will work closely with program managers, community members, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about community upliftment to gain valuable experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and development of project work plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate project activities, including logistical arrangements and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and beneficiaries.
  • Maintain project documentation, records, and databases.
  • Support the implementation of project monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of community development challenges in the Northern Cape is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
